  3. Communication & Marketing Information – such as feedback, reviews, survey responses, chat or call interactions with service partners, preferences for receiving promotional messages, and any content you upload or share on the Platform.

  4. Technical Information – including device details (device ID, type, and operating system), IP address, browser type, internet service provider, location data, access times, clickstream data, and usage activity on our Platform.

  5. Transaction Information – such as records of the services you book, limited payment-related details (e.g., masked card numbers, UPI IDs, or transaction references), and order history.

  6. Usage Information – which covers how you engage with our services, including booking history, time spent on the Platform, user interactions (taps, clicks), preferences, and browsing activity.

(b) Aggregated and Statistical Data:

    • Other registered users of the Platform, but only if you explicitly request or consent to sharing your information.

(a) Access and Updating Your Data
You are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete personal data to Helpiify. We make reasonable efforts to allow you to access, review, and update your personal data. You can request a copy of your personal data or request corrections by contacting us at support@helpiify.com. Helpiify may take up to 7 (seven) business days to respond to such requests.

(b) Opting-Out of Marketing and Promotional Communications
If you receive marketing or promotional communications from Helpiify, you can opt-out by following the instructions included in such messages. Please note that it may take up to 10 (ten) business days for your opt-out request to take effect. You will still receive essential notifications regarding your account or services you have booked with us.

8. ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND DATA REMOVAL

(a) Requesting Deletion
You can request the closure of your Helpiify account and removal of any personal information we hold by emailing privacy@helpiify.com. Helpiify will process such requests within 7 (seven) business days.

(b) Consequences of Deletion
After your account is closed, you will no longer be able to access Helpiify services. Certain data related to past transactions or services may still be retained as required by law or for regulatory purposes.

9. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

(a) Cross-Border Storage and Transfers
Helpiify complies with applicable laws regarding the storage and transfer of personal data. By using our services, the personal information you provide may be transferred to, processed, and stored in locations outside the country you reside in. This may occur if our servers, vendors, partners, or service providers are located in another country.

(b) Consent to Transfers
By submitting your information to Helpiify, you consent to such transfers, storage, and processing as described above, in accordance with applicable laws.

At Helpiify, we implement robust security protocols to protect your personal information. (b) Your Role in Security
If you create a password to access your Helpiify account or Services, you are solely responsible for keeping it confidential. Helpiify is not responsible for any activity resulting from a compromised password. If you believe your password has been exposed or misused, notify us immediately so we can help secure your account.

11. DATA RETENTION AND STORAGE

(a) Retention Period
Helpiify will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our Services, fulfil legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or for other legitimate business purposes.
